What is TIPS Training?

Being a bartender comes with serious responsibilities. TIPS (Training for Intervention ProcedureS) is the leading training program globally that teaches the responsible service, sale, and consumption of alcohol. The program is designed to teach servers and bartenders from restaurants, bars, hotels, in-store tasting or other entablements where alcohol is consumed on the premises alcohol safety and responsibility best practices. In this 3-hour program, you’ll learn strategies that ensure responsible and lawful service, promote professionalism, and enhance customer service skills.
